Suzette was born and raised in Clementine Valley. She owns and operates a flower shop which is used as a front for laundering money. Her associates include Olivier who collects money from her weekly.

Suzette had an unexpected meeting with Hilaire who told her the Rainbow Girl and the Leaf Wolf will be in town. The next day, Harold and Edgar entered her flower shop and she overheard them talking about Stella. She passed this information to her associates Fabien and Pierre and told them to go after Harold the Leaf Wolf. The following morning, Stella and Cecilia entered her flower shop. She led the mother-daughter duo out back and started to fight them. Suzette ended up losing before Harold and Edgar showed up. She unwillingly answered some questions from Harold and then watched as he and his friends leave town.
